“The late checkout is nice and the rooms are so quiet. Stunning view from the balconies. The pool is small as crap though”

The room we got, floors were dirty, sheets had burn holes in them, the ceiling was falling off and had pieces hanging from it. “I’m beyond frustrated. Somehow we were double booked through Expedia for two hotels for our weekend stay and when I was charged by this hotel they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and Expedia did too. Probably cancelling my account due to this poor management and how it was handled- it felt like they just wanted the money.”

“Overall pretty good, breakfast descent, rooms acceptable, disappointing that the pool was closed due to seasonal limitations even though it was in the 90's during our stay, housekeeping was amazing and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.”

“The overnight staff was very professional and kind and made a good first impression. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I did have a slow-draining tub, but I let the staff know on checkout and the daytime staff was very apologetic about it and made note of the needed repair for their maintenance staff, and her concern appeared genuine. Budget-friendly stay with top-notch staff.”
